I still add fresh garlic to my dishes, but it is not complete without a touch of Garlic Galaxy too.

I made a zucchini casserole using the Celestial Herb seasoning and everybody loved it! I gave them the recipe and they said it wasn't the same when they made it because they didn't have the seasoning (Celestial Herb). I use a lot of their seasonings, they are fantastic!
